With Jean-Paul Seiler at the helm, the operation of the Chemins de Fer de Provence line relies on 140 employees and railway technicians. The company workforce, whose skill is universally recognised, is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the network :

The Chemins de Fer de Provence has a motorised rolling-stock fleet for passenger transport comprising:
but also a main workshop at Nice-Lingostière station, our nerve centre employing a dozen highly qualified technicians capable of providing full rehabilitation, maintenance and repair services for our rolling stock.
We maintain 151 km of railway line, the highest point of which is at an altitude of 1,022 metres on the banks of the River Verdon, 25 tunnels (including the 3,457-metre-long Colle Saint-Michel Tunnel), 16 bridges and viaducts and 15 metal bridges.
It is therefore a true mountain line, with all of the inherent technical maintenance and weather problems.
